Sandvik 14C28N is a chromium martensitic stainless steel with a chemical treatment optimized for professional applications of high-quality knives that place very high demands on sharpness, edge stability and corrosion resistance. For this knife, 14C28N is intensively treated by RUIKE using quenching and sub-zero treatment, resulting in an ideal hardness of 58 ~ 60 HRC.
